Terms & Conditions — 2777et Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or using the 2777et platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 2777et. This agreement is governed by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your acceptance is indicated by any one of the following actions: creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the platform with the intention of playing.

These Terms apply to all users of the 2777et platform regardless of the device used (desktop, mobile browser, or any other internet-enabled device), the connection type, or the location within Bangladesh from which the platform is accessed. Players connecting from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or any other location in Bangladesh are equally bound by these Terms.

2777et reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where a material change affects existing player funds or account status — in which case, registered players will receive notification to their registered email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at 2777et.net/terms-conditions. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are required to immediately cease using the 2777et platform, close any open sessions, and contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of the current Terms in force.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are drafted and published exclusively in English. In the event of any translation being made available for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation, enforcement, and dispute resolution. Players in Bangladesh are expected to read and understand these Terms in English before registering.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms communicated to players in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2777et. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, or understandings whether written or oral relating to the subject matter herein.

Access to the 2777et platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 2777et enforces the 18+ age requirement without exception. This is a hard legal requirement, not a guideline.

2.1 Age Verification

2777et collects date of birth during the registration process and performs identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents for age and identity verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a birth registration certificate. 2777et reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any time.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned in full to the original payment source. No winnings generated during the period of underage play will be paid out under any circumstances.

To participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the 2777et platform, you must create a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. 3.1 One Account Per Player

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2777et login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 2777et will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2777et provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their account settings. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive priority treatment for withdrawal processing and dispute resolution.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 2777et requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC documents are reviewed by our security team within one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day in most cases. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of receiving a verification request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until documents are provided.

3.4 Accurate Information Obligation

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any later stage constitutes a breach of these Terms. 2777et reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the 2777et platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 2777et supports a range of payment methods widely used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific payment method may change without notice based on third-party provider policies.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 2777et is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer and card minimums may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 2777et, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 2777et wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in most cases.

2777et does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. These third-party charges are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by 2777et.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that you own and that matches the name on your verified 2777et account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts submitted during BST business hours are typically processed within 1–3 hours for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 Bangladesh business days.

2777et reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts, first-time withdrawals, or where our security systems flag unusual account activity. This is a protective measure that applies equally to all players.

4.3 Refund Policy

All deposits are final once credited to your 2777et wallet and used in gameplay. Refunds of unused deposit balances may be requested by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Deposits made in error may be refunded to the original payment source subject to verification, provided no wagers have been placed using the deposited funds.

2777et offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. 2777et reserves the right to void bonus winnings where it determines that the wagering requirements have not been genuinely met or where the player has exploited game mechanics to meet requirements with minimal risk.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

2777et takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Bonus Modification and Withdrawal

2777et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before the player has completed the wagering requirements, the unconsumed bonus balance will be removed from the player's account. Real-money funds deposited in connection with the promotion will not be affected.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

2777et may offer special promotional bonuses aligned with cultural events significant to Bangladesh including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are open only to verified, eligible players during the stated promotional period.

All in-play bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless a clear error was made in the odds offered.

6.3 Responsible Play During Gameplay

Players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion tools available in their account settings to manage their gameplay in a sustainable way. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2777et platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances pending investigation:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for any deposit made to 2777et without first contacting our support team. Fraudulent chargebacks result in immediate account closure and legal referral.

• Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event. • Multiple Account Registration: Registering, operating, or using more than one player account in violation of the one-account-per-player policy set out in Section 3.1 above.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, forging documents during KYC verification, or misrepresenting your age, location, or legal status to gain access to the platform.

2777et employs fraud detection technology, transaction monitoring, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players under investigation may have their accounts placed in a restricted state during which withdrawals are suspended. Investigation outcomes are communicated to the affected player in writing.

2777et reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which a suspension or closure may be initiated include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Verified age ineligibility (player found to be under 18)
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicious account activity flagged by our fraud detection systems
• Receipt of a valid law enforcement request or court order
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player
• Extended period of account inactivity (see Section 8.2 below)

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their 2777et account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified closure request, 2777et will process any outstanding withdrawal of the account's real-money balance (subject to KYC completion) and close the account within 5 BST business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, 2777et will send a notification to the registered email address. If no response or login is received within 30 days of that notification, an inactivity administration fee equivalent to the lesser of ৳200 per month or the full remaining balance may be applied. 2777et will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any deduction is made.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your 2777et account for any reason, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets placed before closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules, and the outcome will be credited to your account. If the closure was initiated by 2777et due to a breach of these Terms, any resulting balance may be withheld pending investigation. You remain bound by any obligations under these Terms that were incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding liability to 2777et.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2777et shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or loss arising from service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or internet service outages.

2777et's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their 2777et account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in English. 2777et operates as an online platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our standard support process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Written complaints should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". 2777et will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 BST business days and provide a substantive written response within 14 BST business days.

2777et makes no representation that the materials or services available on the platform are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Access from other locations is at the user's own initiative and risk.
